This year we have decided to discount all our helpers dinner dance tickets to £12.50 (even if your not a member).This offer is open to all helpers who have assisted at our events over the last 12 months.

DINNER DANCE DETAILS


Hi Everybody,

Its that time of year again and I do not know where the last 12months have gone but we are organising the dinner dance again.

Its is at the Crofters in Garstang
On the 27th October
Arrival 7pm to sit down at 7.30.
Tickets are the same as last year, £12.50 for members and £20.00 for non members.

Please either drop the cash off at mine or Julie Robinsons house or post a cheque. We will not accept money on the night.

Tickets must be purchased before 15th of October so that final numbers can be given.

Saturday we are starting at 3pm and Sunday starting at 11am.

 

Gate prices are £10 - adult, £5 - under 14 and a family ticket (2 adults and 2 children) is £25 per day.

Thanks to the Fans

For the first time since we started staging our August Bank holiday event , the weather beat us on `Saturday evening . The track was sheeted after the 2^nd class when the rain started, and could not be removed again until Sunday morning. The Club and Gt. Eccleston Show Society have invested heavily in the track over the years, especially in drainage, so that however much rain falls before an event , we should be able to stage a great event on the day. This was so last weekend, but unfortunately we cannot hold a competition in the rain, as the track quickly becomes slippery and dangerous.
The Club would like thank the fans for their understanding on Saturday evening, and returning to support us on Sunday to see a fantastic day of motorsport entertainment. We would also like to thank all the volunteers for all their hard work under the difficult conditions. Without this help , such an event would be impossible to stage. Also a thanks to all the competitors for working with us to stage a great day on Sunday.

August Bank Holiday Event Details

The action starts on Saturday evening at 4.30pm with the garden pullers followed by the mini pullers A & B Class and the compact diesels. The larger tractors then follow starting at 6pm. The classes are Super Farm, Under 401 Prostock, Prostock, 4.5T Modified Euro Cup,Super Stock. Gates open at 4pm

On Sunday we kick off again at 11am with a similar order as above, but we change the 4.5t to a 3.5t modified euro challenge class. Gates open about 10.30 . Timings are approxiamte.

Children Under 5 are Free
